Plunger lift,
run by the well.
The PK-E1107 puts a full app library, graphic keypad HMI, and every flavor of Modbus onto one rugged edge controller — so one box replaces the timer, the RTU, and the modem at the wellhead.

One controller,
every lift strategy.
PK-E1107 is an industrial edge controller built specifically for the artificial plunger lift market. PytroAI, a USB web interface, lets field techs browse, download, and install pre-built apps — Basic Timer, Time/Pressure Intermittent, Trigger, HiLo, Autocatcher, and PID control loops — over a simple USB connection, with no proprietary software to install.
A rugged HMI LCD and keypad lets operators manage lift operations right at the wellhead, in the field conditions natural gas wells actually run in. Built to run multiple apps at once, the PK-E1107 consolidates control, monitoring, and analytics onto a single device.
It speaks wired Modbus (RS-232, dual RS-485, Ethernet TCP) and wireless Modbus (LTE 4G, radio), plus Bluetooth for iOS/Android mobile app access — cutting hardware sprawl while keeping wells producing.
- Pre-built lift algorithms, installed from PytroAI in minutes
- Graphic LCD + F1–F6 keypad for at-well operation
- 4 analog in, 2 analog out, 2 latching-valve outputs, 1 digital in
- RS-232, dual RS-485, Ethernet, Cellular, Radio & BLE — all on one unit
- MicroSD logging and coin-cell RTC for continuous records

Built for the terminal strip and the field tech alike.
Six spec groups, straight off the datasheet — hardware, I/O, wired and wireless Modbus, the built-in lift apps, and the software stack.
| Supply voltage | 12–24 VDC |
| Display | Graphic LCD — 4×20 |
| Keypad | F1–F6, 0–9, Navigation |
| Real-time clock | RTC coin-cell |

Talk to it however your SCADA already talks.
Every path is Modbus — the PK-E1107 just changes the wire.
RS-232 & RS-485
One RS-232 Modbus RTU slave port, plus dual RS-485 — one slave, one master — for daisy-chaining downstream instruments.
Ethernet
Onboard Modbus TCP slave port for direct SCADA or PLC integration over the wired network.
Cellular LTE 4G
Modbus over cellular via API — remote telemetry for wells with no wired backhaul, on the -CELL variant.
900 MHz Radio
Long-range ISM-band radio, master or slave, configured through PytroAI — for pad-to-pad Modbus networks, on the -RADIO variant.
Bluetooth (PYBLE)
Standalone iOS & Android app for field configuration and diagnostics — no laptop required at the wellhead.
PytroAI (USB)
The web interface for installing apps, debugging over USB, and pushing firmware via DFU — no proprietary desktop software.
One controller, the whole well site.
PK-E1107 reads pressure and arrival off the wellhead, drives the motor and injection valves, and runs on solar and battery power alone — no grid, no separate telemetry box.
Every port, labeled on the case.

Pick your radio, not your controller.
All three part numbers share the same core hardware and app library — the suffix just tells you which long-range radio is fitted at the factory.
